What this site collects.
Written plainly, and kept short enough to actually read. It describes what happens today — not what a policy template assumes might happen.

Who we are
Auctioneered is an auction marketing firm. Auctions are conducted by a licensed auctioneer. Questions about this page, or a request to see or delete what we hold about you, go to luke@auctioneered.com or (615) 905-1913.
What you give us on purpose
Two forms on this site collect personal information, and both of them are obvious about it because you fill them in yourself:
- The property enquiry. Your name, phone, email, the property address, and whatever you write in the free-text box. We use it to answer you about that property. Nothing else.
- The calculator's PDF request. The name and email you enter so the analysis can be sent to you, along with the figures you typed into the calculator.
Both forms are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and the submissions are stored in our Netlify account. We do not sell this information, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not working on your enquiry. Where a brokerage introduced you to us, we share your enquiry with that brokerage, because they are the ones with your listing agreement.
What the calculator does with your numbers
The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type are not sent anywhere while you work — the arithmetic happens on your own device, and the PDF is produced there too. The numbers reach us only if you ask for the analysis by email, and then only the ones on the sheet you requested.
Cookies
Three, and all three do a job:
- The brokerage session. Set after you enter an access code, so you are not asked for it again on every page. It is what keeps the brokerage area private.
- Your answer to the cookie bar. Recorded so we stop asking.
- Netlify's own. Set by the host to route and protect the site.
Measurement
None, currently. This site runs no analytics and no advertising tags. If that changes we will name the tool here before it is switched on, and the consent bar will do what it says — nothing loads until you accept.
The one third party you should know about
The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. That means your browser asks Google for them on each page, and Google therefore sees your IP address and which page requested them. We do not control what Google does with that, and their terms govern it. It is the only outside service this site contacts as you read it.
Server logs
Netlify keeps ordinary web-server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser — as part of hosting and protecting the site. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
How long we keep things
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and we will do it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights — including, in some states, the right not to have personal information sold or shared. We do not sell or share it, so there is nothing to opt out of, but the request line is the same either way.
Children
This site is for people buying and selling property. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this page changes we will change the date on it. Last updated August 2026.
